The current Comcast program was based on a team environment. Once recognized, there was no incentive to try to achieve the recognition again. The program was diluted as underachievers were also being recognized as part of the team. Inproma created a program based on the individual’s merits with multi tier levels, categorized by color to encourage continuous motivation and recognition by both co-workers and customers. Inproma received the PPAI Silver Pyramid for Employee Incentive Programs 2012 by the Promotional Products Association International.
