Supply On Demand (Just-in-Time)
Our on-demand ordering service is designed to be easy to use and for every part of the process to be a great experience. We do all this because we want your people to have exactly what they need, when they need it—and we’re always improving based on your feedback.
On-demand ordering means you don’t need to keep inventory on hand. You buy only what you need, when you need it. Initial turnaround time is 7-14 business days. Here’s how our on-demand custom uniform service will save you time, money, and space:
Our online store is easy-to-use and cost-effective. We have everything you need, so you won’t have to waste time on sourcing or hunting through catalogs. You’ll also save the time it takes to stock and track uniform inventory.
Do you take a hit and toss overstocked products with out-of-date colors whenever you update your logo? Keeping spare uniforms on hand costs money for something that might not be used for years, if ever. It’s far more efficient and affordable to order uniforms only when they’re needed.
Keeping extra uniforms on hand means you need to allocate space for storage—a lot of it if you’ve got a sizeable number of employees or locations. Once your designs are set, you’ll see your uniforms in 3-5 business days so you can use that extra space for something more important.
Standard Fulfillment (Just-in-Case)
If your organization prefers standard fulfillment, we offer a just-in-case option. We create apparel forecasting models to determine which pieces will be needed, and when. We purchase your items in bulk and hold the inventory at our facilities until you order it.
If you need a little bit of on-demand ordering and a little bit of standard ordering, consider a hybrid. We keep stock of your more frequently-used items on hand, letting you order in volume—with volume discounts—as needed. Then we make less-used sizes and less-popular items on-demand as needed. Turnaround for this service is 3-10 business days.
